Message of May 8 was read, stating the Governor signed the                     
following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled copies to            
the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                         
                                                                               
	CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 220(STA)                                               
"An Act amending schedule IA of the schedules of                              
controlled substances applicable to offenses relating                          
to controlled substances to add the drug
